Hello Riftanians,

It has been my decision to change the name from Rift Walker over to Riftania, as there is many conflicting issues with the name later down the line, and also the realm is named Riftania so it seems to be a more fitting name for the story!

I am going to be changing the price of the game from 8.00$ to 12.00$ because the game has updated way farther than it was way back before I released it in early access with the 8$ price, I apologize, but the game has come a long way!

There is going to be a big update coming extremely shortly in the actual game that changes everything over, and I will be posting the very thorough changelog once that update goes live!

The things I wanted to say here is:

Thank you everyone for being so patient with me, I know I make a lot of changes but this one was very severely needed!

I wanted to let anyone know that has an existing playthrough, this should not screw up anything with those playthroughs, the folder and game name should change flawlessly to Riftania, at least it worked on my end!

Incase you are worried about the saves not carrying over:

I have even tested that changing the game folder from Rift_Walker to Riftania breaks the game and it seems to not break the game for existing saves!

If you actually have to change the file locations follow below, I am unsure how it works on Steam as this is my first time changing a file folder, but testing it didn't break anything in my test runs!

The only thing I would recommend potentially before updating is going into your steam games -> Rift Walker -> Rift_Walker -> www -> saves

and copy the files inside "saves" somewhere rememberable,

and once the game updates to Riftania, if the saves are missing just drag the old saves you have into the "www" -> "save" folder, if there isnt a "save" folder bc its a fresh download, just add a "save" folder into "www" and add the files

This is the files you want to transfer into the new save folder, this is just incase the new update doesn't carry it over I am unsure how it works to be honest as I still am learning new things about RPG Maker MV everyday!
